DELIVERY & RETURNS

EsD Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-business days.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Orders for made to measure rings, engraved items and any other 'made to order' items, will be dispatched within 3-5 business days following order placement.

  • Orders for bespoke commission pieces will carry their own lead-time dependant on the commission. This will be discussed with you during the design process.

  • You will receive a confirmation by email once your jewellery has been sent.

  • If you would like your order to be expedited, please contact me as soon as possible.

UK Free Delivery

  • UK Free Delivery is offered on all orders totalling £10 and over. 

  • UK Free Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. This service is not tracked or insured.

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days but can take 3-5 working days.

UK Paid for Delivery

  • Royal Mail 1st Class orders normally arrive in 1-2 business days. This service is not tracked or insured.

  • UK Tracked Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48® service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. I will provide you with tracking details once your order has been sent.

International Delivery

  • Orders outside of the UK can take 5-15 days to arrive following shipment. This will be dependent on your location.

  • All international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, using the most appropriate carrier for your region.

  • I will personally contact you before sending your parcel to confirm the carrier and lead-times.

  • Should you wish to change the service there may be additional charges for which you may be liable. For example if you wish to change carrier or ask for a more expedited service, additional insurance, signed-for delivery etc. I am happy to work with you to provide the most appropriate service for your region.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

  • EsD Jewellery is not liable for any local customs taxes.

 

EsD Returns Policy

  • EsD Jewellery promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned in a saleable condition within 14-days of receipt. Any returns received within this period will be offered a refund or replacement.

  • If you are buying a gift and would like to extend this returns time period, I am amenable to this as long as we have agreed this in writing (email). Once agreed, the item may be exchanged or returned within the agreed terms.

  • Please include all contact details in your return so that I can process the return for you.

  • All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.

  • For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty.

  • I am unable to offer refunds or replacements on made to measure rings or customised jewellery, unless they are faulty.

  • I am unable to offer refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
